A third generation Cairns local – Nickoli started in General Real Estate in 2008, a troubled market with uncertainty ahead. Having completed a Business Degree majoring in Marketing where better than Cairns and in Property is there a bright future and a great lifestyle for any hard working, professional and energetic individual.

Now having completed my full Principal Licence, involved in 100’s of completed sales to date and expanding my client base with Builders stock, previous clients, existing stock, family and friends – I am developing a range of individual properties for sale with broad scopes of price.

With a vast background in Construction, Development and Marketing/Sales Gerard operates his own Development Consultancy and Real Estate business - One Stop Property. He has worked for Public Companies, private companies and for himself with a long established history and regard within the Development and Construction industries of the region.

Construction:
20 years experience in all levels of the industry. Commercial, Industrial and residential. Multiple Housing Industry of Australia National Award winner.

Development:
Having 15 years experience in all facets of the Development Industry, having worked for, with or in partnership with many prized clients:

• Gasparin Group - City Views, Park Ridge and Bellavista Residential Estates.

• CEC Group - Developed and sold 1,000’s of residential lots.
